I am so blessed to be married to my best friend, who is also an amazing cook. He not only BBQ's some amazing ribs and burger but is a master at pulled pork sandwiches makes a mean red beans and rice. I mean this man can cook.

So he said to me last night....what should we take out for dinner tomorrow? I have to admit that after a long day of many errands that was the last thing on my mind. After a few minutes rifling through the freezer he says, what can we do with some pork steaks? Let me tell you the man needed no help. Check out what he made.

Slow cooked Asian Pork. I made some rice and green beans for sides. I would say that was the easy part but this recipe is amazing and simple.

What you need:
1 1/2 lbs pork ( We used 4 boneless bone stks.)
1 16 oz bottle Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Asian Dressing
1 1/2 C. Mayo.
That's it. Mix your dressing and mayo together and layer over your pork. Cook all day on low.
Pull when you get home. YUM.
You can put this over rice or even noodles.
This was such an easy dinner and so filling. I loved coming home to this meal.
