Butter Braid Give Away

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas I know I did. I have really enjoyed having my kids home celebrating and eating...and boy have we eaten.

Dad treated the family to a wonderful day trip to Spokane and the Quest seafood buffet Friday night. YUM

Christmas dinner was a wonderful prime rib roast dinner. Can anyone say DAD ROCKS! Not only is he an amazing husband and father but also he's a gem of a cook.

And then there is breakfast. I enjoyed doing a fundraiser lately of butter braids. These breads are addicting. There is nothing like pulling one of those out of the oven in the morning, paired with some scrambled eggs.

The nice thing is that these stay frozen until you are ready to use them so they keep for a long time. You just unwrap and place them on a tray....overnight, or about 9 hrs. That sounds like a long time but if you do it just before you go to bed at night it is ready in the morning. it is seriously not messy and so pretty. It's great for company or even a nice dessert. I love these so much I am giving away a free blueberry braid to one lucky person who comments on my blog. I will draw a name from those who have commented on January first. I can't wait to see who I get to share this with.
