So two of my kiddos have flown the nest.....my son Kenai to his senior year and graduating as with a degree as a Computer Network Administrator.

And Daddy's little girl Maggie....
in her first year in nursing school.

Luckily we still have our youngest, Marik, to hold the fort down.

So on our drive to college mom decides to read a cookbook that Miss Magz was given...and look what recipe I found. I am so excited.
Cheezy grin ( really mom saying
"say hi to dad" - through her teeth)
Here is what you need....
1 can of refrigerated biscuits
1/2 stick of butter
4 TBS Brown sugar.
Microwavable bowl. ( I used a pie plate.)
Microwave the butter in your bowl for 30 sec or until
melted. Stir in brown sugar. Now place each biscuit in and
then flip to coat each side. They should all fit one level.
Now bake for 3-4 minutes in the microwave. ( I ended up
baking them a minute longer because they didn't "look"
done....DON'T). Mine came out dry...but still really tasty.

That's it. Microwave monkey bread. I think you could probably use two cans or a smaller pan but these were tasty and quick. I definitely will try them again. Let me know how yours turn out.
